I am a personal trainer at the  New York Sports club in Croton.  My greatest satisfaction is seeing my clients reach their goals and have fun doing it. If your goal is weight loss, strength training, overall health I can create a program for you. I enjoy boxing "I train with Tracy Patterson, son of Floyd Patterson and 2 time world champion."  I also teach a boxing class at NYSC as well. When I am not training myself I enjoy Yankees baseball and Giants football. So if you want to try something new or are going to the gym for the first time I can help you achieve your fitness goal.
