The Peekskill boys basketball squad enjoyed its holiday break with a 60-41 triumph against Athens' (PA) Dec. 29 at the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic in Johnson City.

's and 's boys bowling squads entered the break No. 4 and No. 5 in the latest LoHud rankings with ' girls squad enjoying its No. 3 position.

Sailors win on ice

Hendrick Hudson's ice-hockey team overcame a 2-0 deficit en route to a 8-2 triumph against Kennedy Catholic/Putnam Valley Dec. 23 at the Brewster Ice Arena.
