KICKED INTO SHAPE Adult Beginner Ballet (teens and adults of all ages). Mondays and Weds at 7pm
A basic ballet technique class geared toward adult beginners with no experience necessary. This class is also appropriate for adults and teens with any amount of ballet or dance experience who want to brush up or advance their skills. This is a great exercise class where you can get into shape and have fun doing it! Ballet creates poise, gracefulness and long, lean, bodies. Ballet also works all your muscles and after the first few workouts, you'll feel muscles you forgot you had!

Learn to dance like a Broadway baby from an Ex Radio City Rockette--no experience necessary. This class is appropriate for adults and teens with any amount of dance experience who want to get into shape and have fun doing it! With a ballet-based warm up, stretches, isolations, turns, jumps and a Broadway style routine, this class also focuses on acting through dance.

JENNIFER JILES. Holds a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase School of the Arts and recently was the Choreographer and Dance Instructor for the Purchase Youth Musical Theater Camp. Ms. Jiles was a Radio City Music Hall Rockette from 1990-1996. She has worked with such stars as Tim Conway, Carl Reiner, Tom Poston, Samantha Eggar and Shani Wallis. Some of her dance credits include: company member of the American Dance Machine where she performed with Chita Rivera and many other Broadway stars, the Red Bank Ballet, and Long Island Ballet; Sister Mary Leo in “Nunsense”; Lorraine in “42nd Street”; full scholarships at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Broadway Dance Center, and the Martha Graham School. Ms. Jiles has studied with top ballet teachers across the country and has over 20 years professional experience in the dance, theatre, television and comedy worlds.
