-Turn lanes, milling and paving, permanent pavement markings, curbs and regulatory signs: September 2013 to Oct. 31, 2013*
-Box beam median barrier and guide rail: October 2013 to Dec. 13, 2013
-Signal improvements at Carhart Lane: October 2013 to May 15, 2014
-All work complete: May 15, 2014
