Woman Makes Graphic Threats, Flees State: Police

The New York State Police at Cortlandt announce the arrest of MaryAnn Keller, of Bay Port, NY, following an investigation into an ongoing violation of an Order of Protection which had been issued on behalf of a Cortlandt resident. 
 
Keller is alleged to have engaged in an ongoing course of conduct where she made graphic threats of harm to the victim and his family in clear violation of the Order of Protection.

After learning that the State Police were attempting to locate her, Keller fled the state. She was arrested with the assistance of the City of Sunbury, PA Police Department and extradited back to New York May 22, when she was sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
 
Keller was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, a Felony, and is due back in Cortlandt Town Court on May 30th, 2014, at 9:00 a.m.
