Police Say Drunk Driver's License-Plate Light Was Out

He's been charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.

A 25-year-old from White Plains was arrested in Cortlandt March 27 by state police after a traffic stop.

Police said he was stopped because the car's license plate lamp wasn't operating.  
 
Subsequent to the traffic stop the man was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.
 
He provided a breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .10% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on April 4, 2014, police said.
