The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Cortlandt barracks announces the arrest of Isaac L. Bruff. Bruff was located April 12 in the City of Beacon and is being charged with Assault 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, after assaulting a New York State Trooper April 11.
The State Police were assisted by the City of Beacon Police Department, the City of Peekskill Police Department, the State Police Violent Felony Warrant Squad and the Troop K Major Crimes unit.
Bruff was arraigned before the City of Peekskill Justice Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail. Bruff is scheduled to re-appear before the City of Peekskill court on April 14, 2013.
