Peekskill Police Arrest Cortlandt Man for Forging Fake Prescriptions
Michale Smith, 47, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument Monday.
A Cortlandt Manor man faces felony forgery charges after he allegedly used phony prescriptions at Peekskill pharmacy earlier this month.
Police arrested Michael Smith, 47, Monday and charged him with criminal possession of a forged instrument. On Jan. 2, Peekskill police allege that Smith walked into a local pharmacy and presented five forged prescriptions.
Smith was arraigned and released to appear in court at a later date.
