Hendrick Hudson School District Superintendent Statement on Alleged Marijuana Sale
Not enough evidence for arrest; internal investigation underway.

Montrose, NY- On Monday, February 13, 2012 my office contacted the New York State Police regarding the alleged sale of marijuana in the High School.
The State Police conducted an investigation over two days and determined there was not enough evidence available to support an arrest.

At this point, we are conducting an internal investigation. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken as warranted at the conclusion of our investigation.
Due to the nature of these allegations, we are prohibited from releasing any additional details, including name(s), charges or allegations.
