Croton-on-Hudson Man Arrested in Peekskill for Driving While Intoxicated Sunday
New York State Police reported they arrested a Croton-on-Hudson man on Sunday, July 6, 2014, at approximately 12:15 a.m.
Paul Robertson, 38, was stopped at a D.U.I. checkpoint that was being conducted by the New York State Police, Westchester County Police and City of Peekskill Police on the Bear Mountain Parkway in the City of Peekskill.
After an investigation, it was found that Robertson was intoxicated while driving. He had a Blood Alcohol Content level of 0.09%. Police also found that Robertson had two children under the age of 15 in the vehicle at the time of the stop.
Robertson was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (Leandra’s Law). He was released and is scheduled to appear in the City of Peekskill Court on July 14, 2014.
