Cortlandt Troopers: Drunken Driver Gets Car Stuck in Snow Bank

State police arrested a 38-year-old Ossining man after they found him behind the wheel of a car that was stuck in a snow bank, according to authorities. 

Troopers from the Cortlandt barracks made the arrest at about 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8 on Route 9 in Peekskill. The defendant's blood-alcohol was 0.18-percent, police said. The legal limit is 0.08.

He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and two traffic infractions. He was released pending a Feb. 20 appearance in court.
