Sean Gunther, 30, of Cortlandt, is scheduled to appear in court Friday.

A Cortlandt man is scheduled to appear in court Friday after he allegedly broke into his downstairs neighbor’s apartment, located at 20 Broadway.

State Police arrested Sean Gunther, 30, and charged him with second-degree burglary after the incident was reported to them at about 9 a.m. Sunday. Police allege that Gunther broke into the apartment and stole money and food.

Sean looks a lot like Dean Picariello, alleged sexual assaulter. The similarity is freakish. Does anyone know if they share parentage? Man, that's one sour seed that's been spreading (allegedly).

I normally steal the beer too;) I've been saying the Patch needs a like button or equivalent. Funny comment.

Agreed. If you’re going to undertake an operation of this magnitude, there’s no point in leaving out the brew. If you're gonna do it, do it right.
