State Police announce the arrest of Jose R. Lopez, 23 years old, of Cortlandt, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated with a previous conviction, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped Lopez after they observed him speeding on the Bear Mountain Parkway at 4:08 a.m. April 6.
Police said Lopez provided an ample breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .10% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on April 21, 2014.
