Sign in memory of Cait Chivonne Stolen

The sign that the Town of Cortlandt graciously created and installed on our adopted corner to honor Cait Chivonne has been STOLEN. Bob was out checking the property, as he does regularly, and just discovered this moments ago. We immediately contacted the Town and they were very dismayed to hear this. They pledged to have the sign redone and installed . . . this time with cement.
I realize that all energy in our universe is not positive, but I am completely stymied as to why someone would remove something honor one's loved one. The southeast corner of Furnace Dock Road and Maple Avenue will continue to be lovingly maintained by Bob Polhill in honor and celebration of our precious daughter Cait Chivonne.  The sign will be replaced.  Nothing can alter the tremendous love and light that is represented on that wee corner of our Town.
