Just Breaks My heart!

I started posting here because I was so disgusted with Darrell Davis trying to use our city as a catapult to notoriety.  I got more involved when it became clear mayoral candidate Frank Catalina not only supported Mr. Davis's behavior but encouraged it.  When I saw Council Candidate Chris Hanzlik and Catalina operative Louis DePippo huddling with Mr. Davis at a council meeting I knew Mr. Catalina would do anything to be Mayor, even if it meant hurting the city.  People like Mr. Davis don't just go away.  So my question is what has Mr. Catalina promised him?
