The Westchester Hispanic Coalition is hosting a FREE all-day workshop to help you file your application if you are eligible and live in NY State!



Saturday, September 21, 2013 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.at White Plains Public Library
In order to qualify, you have to meet these requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrate good moral character (for example, no criminal records for the last 5 years)
• Be a Permanent Resident for 5 years, or 3 years if married to a United States Citizen for at least 3years
• Pass the United States Civics and History exam
• Speak and understand basic English
• Bring a $680.00 money order payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (You MAYqualify for a fee waiver if you bring proof that you have low income, someone in your householdreceives public benefits (bring DSS budget letter, SSI letter or other proof that you receive a benefit)and/or you are experiencing financial hardship).
• $20 for mail and handling
