The Peekskill school board is scheduled to begin the public session of its meeting at 7 p.m., inside the district office building on 1031 Elm St. The board is expected to discuss plas for the opening of the Uriah Hill school, contingency plans for the closing of the Assumption School, a proposed security plan and the 2013-2014 budget.
