Last spring, the Town of Cortlandt held it’s first . The event was a great success and residents couldn't wait for the next one!
On Sept. 24, the Town of Cortlandt will hold a combined Stop ‘N Swap and Green Fair.
According to Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi, “The Stop ‘N Swap is an opportunity for our residents to share the items that they no longer use or need with others, keeping these items out of the waste stream and putting them to good use. The Green Fair will help educate our community about how to be greener in their daily lives. I am very excited to host this event on behalf of our Town, along with the Town Board and the Cortlandt Green Team.”

Eighteen exhibitors will be on hand with information on “greening” your home, healthy living, and saving money through "green" incentives. Residents will also be able to pick-up COMPOST BINS that can be pre-ordered from now until September 15th.

About the Stop 'N Swap
1. Drop off your clean, reusable, portable items between 8:30am -12 noon, including: books, media, toys, housewares, sports equipment, pet supplies, jewelry.
2. Furniture, clothing and large items are not allowed.
