Meet Milton

Bringing a smile to an old ride

You are never too old to put a little more horsepower in your ride.  Meet our friend Milton and his 1973 Dodge Charger .  He purchased it new in 1973  and back then you were able to order it the way you wanted it.

This classic is a factory air 440 car is the same as the day it rolled out the showroom a beauty to look at .  The wear and tear on it is real and has not been touched. At least until now, if engines can get a face lift this one just did.

We had the pleasure of updating the lifters ,cam and, timing chain on the is beauty .  Milton had deceided it was time to add a little more pep to the engine, guess he figured he was now old enough where he wouldnt be tempted and get caught speeding.

As you can see by his smile when he is next to his car , he truly loves his ride. What Milton did not know his daughter, also loves his ride.  He never took much notice when she would come to visit she would always peek in the garage to check on it,  until a few weeks ago while it  was here for its engine facelift.  Out of concern she asked where it was, and joking around Milton told her he sold it, needless to say she became upset with him , Milton had never realized his old car was something she also admired and held it near and dear with childhood memories.

Well he told her the truth and again as you can see by his smile he loves this car, and as he found out so does his daughter . So it will be safe to say it will stay in the family.
