Mayor Foster and Councilpersons Claxton, Torres, and McGowan Win Endorsement for Re-Election by the Working Families Party of Westchester County

The Westchester County Working Families Party has just announced their endorsement of the following candidates for the 2013 City of Peekskill election. They are endorsing the re-election of:

Mayor Mary Foster
Councilwoman Drew Claxton
Councilman Andrew Torres
Councilwoman Marybeth McGowan

The Working Families Party supports and endorses all candidates who fight for working men and women and their families.

The WFP is the third major party to endorse this slate of candidates, joining the Democratic Party and the Independence Party.

“It is not unusual for a slate to run on three lines” said Democratic Party Chair Marina Ciotti, “We expect Frank Catalina to run on the Conservative, Right-to-Life and Republican lines.”
