Thom Pernice, Neighbor

Thom Pernice has been a member of the Peekskill community for the past 8 years  serves on the boards of the Peekskill Art Lofts, Peekskill Arts Council and  the Peekskill Artist Certification Committee. He has also served on the Board of the Paramount Center for the Arts for 4 years, member of the BID Board of Directors, Chamber of Commerce member.

Thom owns InHouse Video Creative Services and has been a photojournalist, producer and editor for the past 30 years. Thom is also webmaster for Peekskillartscouncil.org, and is a contributor to Patch.

This year produced the 5th annual Peekskill Jazz and Blues Festival.
