Jean Moczarski, Neighbor

Jean M. Moczarski is a retired English teacher from Hendrick Hudson School District in northern Westchester County. In both 2008 and 2009 she wrote and produced the City of Peekskill quarterly newsletter. After a full career as an educator she is now involved in several projects for the Hudson Valley Chamber of Commerce. Moczarski is also working on a small biographical book of Joe Deustch who is a local, renowned Hudson Valley photographer.
