Adam, Neighbor

I was raised in Mt. Vernon and the youngest twin of 5 children. My Mother is Italian and my Father Irish. Although I enjoyed growing up, I was bullied and picked on for many reasons. I started training in Karate to help become less of a target, gain confidence and become stronger. I received my college degree from Westchester Community College. I was aiming for a masters in Fine Arts but instead focused on my Masters of the Martial arts. I began training 27 years ago and since received several Black Belts along with running my own Dojo in Weschester County for the last 19 years. Through the classes at Go No Sen Karate, it is my goal to help students find their true potential in everything they do.
