In addition to a generous selection of wines by the glass and bottle, the brewery also offers several unique brands of bottled beer, as well as brews on tap.</p> <p>Just a few of the year-round brews served at The Peekskill Brewery are the Paramount Pale Ale, Vanilla Bourbon Stout and Old Wagon. Seasonal brews include Hudson Hefewezen and Sally Sweeny Stout. Specialty brews, such as Rosemary's Baby, Belgian Golden Ale and Tuthilltown Baby Bourbon (aged in a cask) are also available.</p> <p>Diners can sample a traditional bar menu and shorter food selection. Both include a range of snacks, starters, entrees, sides and desserts. A distinctive feature of the Brewery menus is its beer-based recipes, such as Steamed Mussels with Belgian Ale and Saffron Cream. </p> <p>One of the more exciting annual festivities happening at the Brewery is its annual October Outdoor Birthday Bash.
