Martial Arts Studio owner and teacher Sifu Shue Yiu Kwan opened his Peekskill studio in the summer of 2010 after…More relocating from Kwan's former Pleasantville location. Kwan has been teaching Kung Fu since 1983.</p> <p>Today, you can find Kwan helping students master the 2000-year old authentic Shaolin Fu-Jow Pai Tiger Claw Kung Fu method at his Ester Street Peekskill Studio, just next door to the Bean Runner Cafe. Walking into Kwan's culturally-rich space feels like walking into a real-life Cantonese martial arts studio. </p> <p>Just a few of the benefits of learning Fu-Jow Pai are self-defense, self-confidence, physical conditioning, flexibility, concentration, and coordination. Classes are available to children and adults of all ages, as well as for beginners or more advanced students. </p> <p>Kwan also teaches Tai Chi and cultural art classes at the studio.</p>
