The City of Peekskill Neighborhood Center is located in the Richard E. Hayes Building Plaza across from City Hall. ItMore shares a lobby with the Field Public Library and the Children's Library. The building was established in 1978 and houses services and programs to different community groups.</p> <p>The Community Room and Senior Nutrition Programs are held upstairs towards the back left of the lobby. The Putnam Westchester BOCES holds Adult literacty and occupational training classes in the basement of the building. </p>

City of Peekskill Court is located in the same building as the Police Department and in the same John E. Hayes Sr.More Plaza as the Northern Westchester BOCES, Field Library and Peekskill Senior Citizen Servies. The Senator Bernard B. Gordon Justice Building and City Court are adjacent to each other. </p> <p>City Court hears a variety of cases, including traffic, criminal, small claims and civil cases.  Citizens pay vehicle and traffic tickets at City Court but pay parking tickets at City Hall, located across Main Street from the Court. </p> <p>Hon.  Thomas Langan and Hon. William Maher are the court justices.</p>
