Now if my instincts kicked in and I almost went on him physically. You DO NOT run up on someone coming out of their car like that, asking for money. Of course had the nerve to act aggravated when I didn't give him anything. You dont that in a parking lot. Ever.

The family waiting had the audacity to take mechandise from the rack and bag men's sports clothes while no one was watching. Right in front of young kids. Really messed up!

The Captain Oliver C. Chase , Jr. Post 274 of the American Legion in Peekskill will honor Charlie tonight and during the Memorial Day Services at Peekskill along with many other veterans from the area and we will .keep his deeds known at our post forever.
Also many of our Post members who served in Law Enforcement while Charlie was active including myself will seek to see that a proper recognition is given to our comrade throughout the community.
Tthe local police department and the other first responders who serve in Peekskill all earn our respect daily for placing themselves In Harms Way every day and Charlie would be the first to endorse that position and has done so by his example..
We urge all to join Charlie and show the respect that he and his comrades earn daily.

Its sad to see Allison go through this. I had her as a student and appreciated how she truly…Read More invested and dedicated herself to the education of students and to reach those who were struggling or not doing well for various reasons. I only hope she is vindicated. If she is not, then she will deal with the consequences.
For those that keep barking out about unions...perhaps you could have used a teacher like her so you could actually form a thought and come up with an argument that is actually part of or integral to the topic at hand. Seriously, come up with something new or better.
As far as feeling bad for the students and that now they will have to do the work. If she did change grades maybe if they did the work to begin with they wouldn't have needed a change.
In regard to the school district, to say they are putting her through this or by making the notion about the involvement of the district attorney's office, perhaps...and note the word perhaps as I'm not knowledgable about such issues, they had no choice and that is a requirement for such instances. Some of you would bode well by using such vocabulary or placing such things as "in my opinion." In most jobs changing information on records or performing work for someone taking a test is illegal and/or fraud. Which are crimes.

She has the best charecter of anyone person that I know. Having her for a friend and neighbor is a pleasure and she would never have done these things that they are accusing her of. She is a class act, they obviosly do not know their own teachers nor do they care too. All they care about is smearing their own people in public, how sad. And gee, they dont even live in our community (many new people in this school from out of the area, including the new Principal!) And our school board is another mess, some local people involved in that nightmere too or as they put it this is just a formality in charing Alison, how disgusting. Well, I guess they just get off on ruining lives, how sad! And this is our town, what a joke...
