<p>Valley View Realty is a long-established Cortlandt Manor realty brokerage and financial and tax services company. The office is located at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Route 202.</p> <p>Long-time Cortlandt Manor resident and broker Richard DeLorenzo, who is licensed in the states of New York and Florida, founded Valley View in 1985.</p> <p>Mr. DeLorenzo, who also teaches college-level real estate and business courses, holds M.B.A., J.D. and M.S.T.degrees. He is also a longstanding member of the National Association of Realtors and International Association of Realtors.</p> <p>In conjunction with New York Real Estate Institute, Valley View currently offers a real-estate sales licensing course. Classes are held on weekends and weekday evenings at Valley View's convenient location.</p>
