Shorei-Kan Karate

The Honbo Dojo, located in Cortlandt Manor, is the national headquarters for the Shorei-Kan discipline of Karate. It can be found in the Homestead Plaza near the corner of Oregon and Varian roads, in the building which also houses Curt's Homestead Farms. Classes usually last an hour and a half and include instruction for all ages. They also offer courses in Kobudo, which involves the use of weaponry. Check out their website for more details.
