Why go? The brochure for winter and spring 2014 is out and it details dozens of activities. Happening this weekend: adult basketball and youth cooking. The first is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Blue Mountain Middle School Gym in Cortlandt Manor. The latter—which will celebrate National Popcorn Day—is taking place from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Cortlandt Youth and Recreation Center in Croton.
