I Agree...'When You Want The Facts, Go To The Source'...See For Yourself

Peekskill Voters...see for yourself. Mary Foster Cheerleader says to "go to the source" if you want the truth...I agree. Check it out at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3y9Z4e3d-qQ

Over the last few days of the local campaign for Peekskill Mayor & City Council, there have been a number of posts and political campaign pieces from the local Democrats which throw around the word "liar" quite liberally.

I have been involved with local politics for most of the last 30 years. More so than ever before to my recollection, has the rabid base supporters from each side been so diametrically opposed to what they believe is the truth. One of the primary Democrat spin doctors and cheerleaders for the Mayor Foster spin machine, Jim Knight, wrote two days ago, "When you want the facts, go to the source".  I agree.  Let's go to the source.

Tony Washington's campaign quoted comments from both the City Manager and Mayor made during work sessions that characterize the day to day reality of Peekskill's financial condition. The Foster spin machine pooh-poohed those comments wanting all to believe that the words were never uttered by either and that even if they were, the meaning of the words were not what they sounded like.
