Walter Panas defeated visiting Yonkers 41-6 on Oct. 28 and Hendrick Hudson fell 35-25 at Sleepy Hollow in non-playoff games on Oct. 29.

Girls soccer
Panas defeated visiting Sleepy Hollow 8-3 in a Section 1 Class A outbracket playoff game on Oct. 28. Rachel Myers led Panas with four goals and teammate Amanda Bauza added three goals.
Volleyball
Hen Hud began its quest for a 12th straight sectional crown by defeating visiting Nanuet 3-0 (25-10, 25-14, 25-14) in the opening round of the Section 1 Class B tournament on Oct. 28.
Also on Oct. 28, Panas beat Gorton 3-0 (25-14, 25-21, 25-10) in the first round of the Class A tournament.
