Girls Lacrosse
We thank Hendrick Hudson athletic director Tom Baker for the below submission and congratulate Richardson on her signing with Niagara:
Hendrick Hudson senior girls lacrosse captain Alexa Richardson signed her letter of intent to play lacrosse at Niagara University.
She is the first player in our girls lacrosse program to sign at a Division 1 school.
Boys Lax
Robert Lyles registered four goals and Darrel Kidd tallied two goals in Peekskill’s 6-4 victory against host Carmel May 1 according to LoHud.com.
Baseball
Hen Hud's Hunter Glashoff had a three-run double to give the Sailors the lead in the bottom of the fourth while teammate and winning pitcher Mike Cruckshank struck out seven in six innings of work in the Sailors' 5-3 triumph against visiting Arlington B on May 1 as per Vincent Mercogliano's post on the LoHud Baseball Blog.
