This 5 week intro to yoga series will give you the basic foundation necessary to jump into any beginning level class, anywhere. Learn foundational poses with an emphasis on correct alignment and modications of yoga postures based on your own needs.
We will cover simple centering techniques that will help calm the mind and expolore some basic yoga philosophy.
Those with yoga experience can deepen their practice through a slower, focused pace- developing strength & exibility, merging movement with the breath.
Discover the foundation that Joseph Pilates based his exercise technique on, and understand more about pilates in the process.

Come Prepared: Arrive early before class begins, to settle in. Wear exercise clothing that allows for comfortable movement. Avoid eating at least 1 hour before class.
