iHARTyoga is an open level/intermediate class created to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints, and wake up the nervous system. All sessions are powerful Vinyasa flow classes of various asanas with attention to the chakras and your breath. Excellent for developing muscular strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, stress reduction, focus & breath awareness.
This class is open to a mixed level of students practicing either easier or more advanced variations with direction and corrections given to each student by the instructor. iHARTyoga will explore back bending, inversions & arm balances. Be prepared to BREATHE, SWEAT and MOVE.
