Molly Roche, a senior at Walter Panas High School, signed a National Letter of Intent to play Division I softball for Fairfield University in Connecticut Thursday.
Roche, who will attend the college in the fall of 2013, intends to make her mark as a power hitter for the Fairfield Stags and will play first base and the outfield.
She plans to attend Fairfield's Charles F. Dolan School of Business.
