We received no nominations for bagel spots within Peekskill, but got one nomination for Bagels on Hudson in Croton and another for The Bagel Spot in Putnam Valley.

Go buy bagels from each if you have to and decide which is your favorite to vote in the poll below.

Voting begins July 23 and ends August 17. The winner is determined solely by poll votes.

Simply Bagel in Putnam Valley is the best bagel shop. They give that personal
attention to all their customers. You feel like family there.

If you're looking for a fresh baked bagel served by the sweetest people, simply is the place to go. They've got any kind if bagel and spread you could possibly want and all of it is made directly on premises. I don't get bagels from anywhere else.

We…Read More are like the forgotten stepchild even though we are part of the same community as Cortlandt and Peekskill. You guys really need to start giving us some coverage, and if you need a reporter, I will send in my resume. Better yet, you can read all my many comments in the PCP. There's a lot going on here that nobody writes about that would be interesting to many readers.

It seems Patch moves editors every year. Liz was here when I signed up. Then she was shortly moved…Read More to Rye and Rasheed took over. He must have been here about a year and then he left when the new format was introduced. Both times patch started cooking and then it got cut down just as new staff got their mojo going. A new editor with a new format seems like starting from scratch again. I know AOL/Patch needs to get some cash flow going quick (from what I've read) but I can't see what they are trying to do exactly by tipping the cart over and over
