Warming Center Opened at Peekskill Neighborhood Center

Center will remain open through Saturday.

Due to prolonged frigid temperatures, the City of Peekskill will open a warming center at the Peekskill Neighborhood Center, 4 Nelson Avenue.

The warming center will be open daily from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., today through Saturday, Jan. 26.

I must have missed something,if the warming center is to help the homeless get warm then why isn't it open during the really cold hours,like 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.? Just asking....
