The Town of Cortlandt is looking for volunteers for its Annual Family Fun Day, to be held Sept. 8.
The event will feature free rides, food, cotton candy and popcorn, a “small world” area geared towards six year olds and younger. There will be face painting, fake tattoos, hair painting and the youth center will be open, said Lesley Bornstein, a Recreation Supervisor in Cortlandt.
The Town needs about 150 people to cover two to three shifts to make this event happen. Contact Cortlandt Town Recreation Department to get involved, 914) 734-1057.
