Two Peekskill Men on Westchester's Most Wanted List

Police need your assistance to help them capture two of Westchester's Most Wanted fugitives. Westchester County is offering rewards of up to $500 for information leading to the arrest of the two Peekskill fugitives below.  

According to the Westchester government's website, Garth Green is wanted for Criminal Negligent Homicide. On September 1, 1989, the suspect was involved in a fatal automobile accident on Rt 6 in the City of Peekskill. A passenger in the vehicle was killed. The suspect was driving the car without a valid driver's license, speeding and blood indicated alcohol present. These factors caused the fatal crash. Green's date of birth is 8/28/59 and also goes by the aliases: Roberts, Winston & Byers, Terrell. He is described by police as a black male, 6'0", 190 pounds, brown eyes, black hair. His last known address is 979 Phoenix Street, Peekskill, NY.

The second fugitive is George Clark who is wanted on a Sexual Abuse 1st Degree Violation of Probation bench warrant. The subject's victim was nine-years-old. The subject is known to frequent the Peekskill area where he has numerous family members and associates. Clark was born in Kingston, Jamaica but his last known address was 863 North Street, Peekskill, NY. Clark's date of birth is 8/29/55. Police describe him as a black male, 5' 08", 150 pounds, black hair, brown

Westchester’s Warrant Watch is a joint effort of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety and the Westchester County Department of Probation. Their website contains more than 40 people who are currently wanted by these departments on a variety of crimes.
