A 55-year-old Cortlandt man who is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent traffic stop in Buchanan, according to police.
State troopers from the Cortlandt barracks arrested the man at about 11 p.m. Sunday. They stopped him on Route 9A because the vehicle he was driving failed to maintains its lane of travel, officials say.
The defendant is due Sept. 10 in Buchanan Justice Court.
