State police from in Cortlandt conducted a speed enforcement detail Tuesday that resulted in the issuance of 48 tickets for a various speeding, unlicensed operation and not wearing a seat belt.
During the operation, police arrested a 22-year-old Ossining woman on a bench warrant for failing to pay a fine on a petty larceny conviction in White Plains. The woman was turned over to White Plains police.
Police said the details will continue in an effort to ensure that the roadways are safe for motorists.
