Revoked License, Prior DWI Mean Felony Charges for Croton Man

State police said Hollman Gutierrez was speeding on Route 9 in Cortlandt when they pulled him over at 4 a.m. May 4. 

They discovered his driving privileges were revoked. And he was intoxicated, police said. Further investigation revealed Gutierrez was operating the motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, court-ordered due to a prior DWI conviction in 2012. 

The Croton-on-Hudson resident was charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st Degree, also a felony; and operating a motor vehicle without a court ordered ignition interlock device. 
Gutierrez, 36, was arraigned at the Town of Cortlandt Court and sent to Westchester County Jail.
