Police: Peekskill Man Wanted on Drug Charge Found Hiding in Steuben County

Michael McCullough, 36, of Steuben County, is scheduled to appear in court next week for a felony drug possession charge.

A 36-year-old Peekskill man is scheduled to appear in city court Tuesday after he was allegedly found hiding out in Steuben County, NY  earlier this month.

Peekskill police took Michael McCullough into custody on March 4 and charged him with third-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, a felony.

McCullough was allegedly found hiding out in Bath, Steuben County, which is a little more than 240 northwest of Peekskill, after he police there conducted a routine warrant check.

McCullough was brought back to Peekskill, arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
