Brian Bobolia, a 23-year-old Cortlantd Manor resident, was found to be in possession of several baggies of heroin when police stopped him for a traffic stop on June 28 at 9:25 p.m. on Park Street, police report. Bobolia was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
