Police officers encountered a man under the influence of PCP screaming in the middle of the intersection of Albany Post Rd. and Welcher Ave. on May 8 at 11:20 p.m. Officers found him after they were dispatched to an "unwanted party" at thenear that location. The man allegedly on PCP, Jose Suarez, a 27-year-old Peekskill resident, was taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct and found to be in possession of a small quantity of PCP. He was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.
