A 23-year-old Shenorock man is facing a misdemeanor drug charge after an incident in Peekskill, police say.
Peekskill Police Officer Daniel Labodin observed a vehicle illegally parked, near the intersection of Constant and Harrison Avenues, around 11:15 p.m. Sunday. He approached and spoke with the driver and the two occupants, one of whom appeared nervous, according to officials.
Investigation revealed that occupant to be possession of a device containing crack cocaine, authorities said. He was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
The other two individuals were not charged, according to police.
