No Seat Belt, .20 Percent Blood Alcohol Content

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged a 34-year-old Cortlandt man with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, May 28.
Troopers stopped him on Sherwood Road after he was observed operating a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt.
He provided police with a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .20 percent, police said.

He was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court.

The headline should say ".20 Percent Blood Alcohol Content", not 20 percent. If someone had 20% BAC they would certainly be dead many times over.

Thanks for catching that. It has been corrected.
