6:39 p.m.: FLASH FLOOD WARNING in effect for Rockland and Westchester Counties until 9:30pm. Several cars have been reported under water in Mt. Pleasant, NY. Torrential rainfall moving into the region will continue to produce flash flooding. "Turn Around, Don't Drown!"
