She was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Released with a PTA?? She's obviously a menace to Danbury, and the city pays and pays for this woman to continue to degrade our city. It's time to remove the criminal element from the streets, and the mentally unbalanced, too. Imprisonment or inpatient treatment is in order here, not a return to the homeless shelters, the streets, the local package stores, the alleys and the bridges to continue to waste away and give Danbury a bad name. Where does she come from that she needed a bus ticket? Send her home. and bill the town that she comes from for the cost Danbury has incurred.
